Inside Mc Baker Market & Deli

A Corner Store Reimagined

Established in 1980, Mc Baker has been a fixture on McAllister Street in San Francisco’s NoPa neighborhood for over four decades. Purchased in the summer of 2018 by first-time business owner Joseph J., the store underwent a full renovation before the brand-new deli opened its doors on November 10th, 2019 — featuring Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, specialty sandwiches, and homemade hummus and baba ghanoosh.

As a first time business owner, I saw a great little corner store that underserved the community on a great little intersection. We have a great passion to serve this community and our great neighbors. We are blessed and appreciate the opportunity!
